Pricing Structure

Prices for refrigerant has increased considerably this year. R134A has doubled in price in the last few months so the unfortunate knock on effect is to raise our prices to the customer. The total cost of running a business has increased considerably in the last 12 months and we have had to absorb these costs without passing to the customer. However, this is no longer sustainable so our revised costs are outlined on this page. Please also consider we are specialists in our field and we are mobile, so the advantages of booking us still outweigh your regular High Street Autocentre.

Costs are illustrated in the pricing structure below which are based on the vehicle being leak free with no electrical issues, and we are able to regas the vehicle on the first visit. As a customer, when you initially contact us, we would expect you to be transparent about your current AC operation status, whether the system has been recently re-gassed by another company and if any work has been carried out on the system in your ownership. This helps us to create a picture and timeline of the re or electrical issue.

Our minimum call out cost is a diagnostic fee of £75 if the vehicle can not be regassed for reasons of a leaking system, component or electrical failure. The diagnostic fee will cover a full investigation into the issues with your system, so you are fully aware of what work needs to be carried out to get your system back up to fully operational condition. The minimum call out diagnostic cost also covers the overheads of the customer visit such as equipment usage including any gases used, the mobile service to your Home or Workplace, covering fuel and wear and tear of the service vehicle, and the cost of the booked time slot.

Payment will be made by Card Payment on the day of the visit by the customer.

IMPORTANT- The prices quoted for regasses below are for 600g of refrigerant. While most vehicles use under this figure, bigger vehicles require more refrigerant so there is an extra charge for every 100g over 600g.
